Magic Circle against Evil (Su): A Magic circle against evil effec always surrounds the coure,
as the Magic Circle against evil spell cast by an 8th level sorcerer. These benefits are
included bracketed in stats above.

Alternate Form (Su): A coure can assume the form of an incorporeal ball of light at will. This
transformation counts as a standard action. In this form, the coure can be harmed only by
other incorporeal creatures, +1 or better magic weapons, spells, spell like abilities, and
supernatural abilities. In this form, the coure has a 50% chance to ignore any damage from
a corporeal sources, except for force effects and attacks made with ghost touch weapons.
A coure in this form can pass through solid objects, but not force effects, at will. While
incorporeal, its attacks ingore natural armor, armor, and sheilds, but deflection bonuses
and force effects work normally against them. In this form, a coure always moves silently
and cannot be heard with listen checks if it doesn’t want to be. While Incorporeal, the
coure sheds light if it wishes, providing illumination with any radius it wishes up to 30
feet. Changing the amount of light it sheds is a swift action.

Bio:

Divorced gentlemanly wizard in the Arcane Order. Aspires to better himself through awesome living.

Still a kid at heart, he was raised by a druid and a factotum, a potent combination of parents. Engendered a lifelong interest in eladrin, adventuring and fey as a result.

While he was an undergraduate at the Arcane Order he was taught the virtues of discipline and excelled at conjuration (the ‘awesome’ school), which he majored in. Finding graduate life at the academy staid and boring, he left a stipend out of his accounts to the Order and went off as a hedge Mage, doing good, seeking out new entries in the monster manual and new civilizations, boldy going where no man had gone before.

His associate, Akalyn, a coure Eladrin who is in her own words ‘a freakin’ badass death blossom’ serves as his adventuring partner, scout, general know it all and source of aggravation to everyone around her with her insatiable curiosity, tall tales of her adventures in her supposed 8000 year lifetime and snarky attitude about everything. Despite that they trust each other completely and work together in all ventures as lifelong friends.

Maxim did have one significant relationship before this. He will not say why, only a who (Halifera), and ‘lifestyle issues’. Mentions “I’m a wizard” when confronted with issues of bucket lists.
